Refund policy

At Medicube, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or another form of proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend carefully inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@medicubeco.com. Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team for clarification.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the most efficient option is to return the product you currently have.

Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must still meet the standard return conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
